Peak Fifteen Consultancy has an impeccable record in the area of Learning and Development, and has worked with a host of leading Irish and International companies over the past two decades.
Poor business performance is often caused by simple bad habits, practices and low morale. The best training programmes will do more than impart knowledge. They will instead look to tackle these issues to deliver permanent change to the people within the company.
Our training is therefore delivered based on thorough consultation and a review of your specific issues.
Business performance is created and delivered through people and we have therefore created a range of programmes that will help to transform your performance standards.
These programmes are available as bespoke programmes customised to the specific needs of your people and your business or through open programmes.
Our leading programmes are summarised below and they are customisable for your own organisational needs. Additionally we have a broad range of topics which we have trained on and are happy to discuss all your training requirements with you.
Management TrainingManagement in Practice
This two-day training programme is aimed at stimulating the thinking of the participants and engaging them in understanding the changing role of management, through to coaching, motivating and developing themselves and others. Great emphasis is on how to apply the techniques, tools and methodologies in a practical and measurable way.

Communications TrainingEffective Business Communications
It is about understanding the power of the individual particularly in the areas of non-verbal communications – or body language – which is the most important element of communication.
We then move through the written communication tools – letters, presentations and reports all of which are required and used in business and which must be effective to carry the message through to the customer.

Business Process Development TrainingEfficient and Customer Driven Process Management
Only by wearing your customer’s shoes can you truly determine how customer-focused and efficient your business really is. Our two-day workshop is focused on questioning the current business processes from sales through to production, fulfilment and delivery to the customer. New maps and processes will be developed, or existing ones redefined to improve efficiencies both for the customer and the organisation. This is a very engaging, hugely participative programme which has also proved challenging for the participants – but the outcomes for the client organisation far outweighed the demands of these two days. |
Business Planning & Management TrainingCreate a Viable Business Plan
Following natural breaks in the programme participants will structure part of a plan based on our templates.Business figures will then be added to the initial template and a more detailed plan shall be developed with commentary on the figures. A separate template with appropriate information / cash flow projections, P&L and Balance Sheet figures / bank credit needs/employees etc will be given to the participants and a business plan will be drawn up by the participants operating in small groups. The groups will critically analyse, adjudicate and comment on the quality of each business plan proposed. In conclusion we will present the correct format required and provide a copy to all participants.

Customer Relationship ManagementWhy Customers are SO Important
CRM is grounded on high-quality customer data and enabled by information technology – not the other way around! Never build or buy a software package and try to shoe-horn your customers and business into it! CRM is about building your business around the customer. Customers know that they hold the trump card - their loyalty. Organisations that do not re-engineer their business processes to become more customer-centric, risk losing their customers and their revenues. Our three-day programme works with participants on issues such as:
