Our coaching is a highly creative process because the coach works as a facilitator, asking questions, listening and giving feedback in order to stimulate the coachee’s thinking.

Our individual coaching program consists of six coaching sessions – the initial introductory session lasts two hours and will be conducted face-to-face from which the key areas of focus will be identified and agreed upon.

The following five sessions will be for one hour and may be conducted both on the telephone and face-to-face to ensure greater flexibility and efficient use of time. These sessions will be run over a period of 12 weeks to allow you time to implement some of the identified changes and to measure the impact and results.

 

 

 

Our group coaching program consists of a minimum of three day-long sessions with groups of up to 12 participants. It is customised to meet the specific needs of each client organisation and it can also incorporate individual coaching sessions for the participants.
