She was the former founder and Managing Director of Swords Consultancy Ltd and The Biz Clinic, both of which have merged into Peak Fifteen Consultancy after operating successfully for many years.
Charley leads a team of specialist consultants who, like herself, have completed a broad range of projects for blue-chip clients in numerous countries around the globe.
